Emaar Beachfront, spanning 10 million sq. ft, is a gated community in Dubai Harbour developed by Emaar Properties. Strategically situated near Dubai Marina, nestled between JBR and Palm Jumeirah, the development provides convenient access to Sheikh Zayed Road, allowing residents swift connectivity throughout Dubai. It stands as one of Emaar’s most sought-after off-plan projects in the city.

This expansive master development is set to include 27 residential towers with a total of 10,000 units comprising 1-4 bedroom apartments, 3-4 bedroom penthouses, and podium villas. Residents will benefit from access to services provided by Address Hotels + Resorts and a 1.5-km long beach.

Most of the apartments at Emaar Beachfront boast views of the sea and Dubai Marina. The project, which launched in 2018, featured its first show apartments in the Beach Vista and Marina Vista towers.
