Dubai Properties is a real estate development company based in Dubai, operating under the umbrella of the global investment company, Dubai Holding, which has operations across 13 countries in 10 different sectors. The company’s journey began in 2002, initially established as Estithmaar Realty. Its founding goal was to develop and manage world-class properties in Dubai, marking its debut with the launch of Jumeirah Beach Residence, which is recognized as the world’s largest single-phase residential project.

In 2005, Dubai Properties became a part of Dubai Holding and has since emerged as one of the most prominent developers in the UAE. The company is known for creating a variety of mixed-use developments in Dubai that are both appealing for residential living and investment opportunities.

Khalid Al Malik serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties. He is also the Managing Director of Dubai Holding and holds board positions in several organizations, including SmartCity Malta, SmartCity Kochi, Empower, Noor Bank, Dubai Creek Harbor, and the UAE International Investment Council. Additionally, he is a member of the Dubai Council for the Future Cities.
